| | This product works as advertised. I had extremely hard water, when I would boil water, there would be significant residue that I would have to scrub off. I was afraid to drink it, if it was leaving that in the pot, what was it leaving in me? Now, the water tastes fresh and clean, there is no residue when I boil water, and I am happy. 4 stars only because the thing fills slow, and I wish the filter lasted longer than two months.
| | | I purchased because of the good reviews - but was real skeptical - My tapwater discolors the sink and dishes, clogs the coffepot, and tastes/smells bad. This thing works great and is convenient to use.
| | | This is a great water dispenser for those with limited refrigerator space. It holds about 6 16 ounce glasses of water, so I have to fill it usually once a day. The size is perfect, better than the Brita version, which is much wider and shorter.

| | Great product. The water that it filters taste great. We use it for our drinking water and hot tea water. The size is perfect to fit in the refrigerator and it has plenty of capacity for the whole family. Great product. We do not need to buy bottled water any longer.
