| | I just got back from being in Paris for a delicious month and was turned on to Fleur de Sel de Camargue by Ina Garten in her book "Barefoot in Paris", which I took with me, and it changed the way I cook and how I experience the process and the end result. I found this product abundant at La Grande Epicerie de Paris at 38 rue de Sevres, where every thing can be found in abundance!! I brought back a dozen containers! Who knew I would be able to get it on Amazon!! Thank you Ina and thank you Amazon!!!

I am thrilled to be able to get it locally because I buy it by the trunkfull when I am visiting Paris. Thanks for saving me a trip!!!!!
| | | I found this salt at local high-end grocery stores and loved it. It is the best finishing salt I have found, and I've tried many.
Then the local stores stopped carrying it - so I found it on Amazon, ordered five containers. It was cheaper on Amazon than the local stores.
I gave it to foodie friends as a holiday gift - and they loved me for it!!

| | We bought this salt in the south of France where it is available in every supermarket. It is crunchy and delicious. It has been consistently rated as the number one gourmet salt. Sprinkle on anything and your meal will be transformed. Yum!
