| | I bought this pan after reading a recommendation for it on someone's blog. I don't regret making this purchase, even though it took a little more organisation from England. I only regret not buying two pans.
The brownies come up beautifully. I can highly recommend the marbled brownies (brownie with cheesecake topping) that come as one of the suggested recipes in the packaging.

| | | I bought this pan for my mom's birthday this year because she likes the crunchy corners. She was so excited when she got this pan! There are definitely more crunchy pieces but there are also plenty of softer pieces for those of us that like the not-so-crunchy edges. The little spatula that comes with the pan works wonderfully and the brownies don't stick at all. I even caught my mom pouring muffin mix in the pan and making muffin bars. This is a great pan!!
| | | I am very pleased with the product. It is a very heavy duty cast aluminum, bakes like a dream, and is very easy to clean. If you like the edge pieces on brownies, this is the pan you want to bake in.
