| Unusable with XP - No Action from Colby | |
| | I, too, am unable to use my keychain. The software will not work, so you cannot load the photos. I have emailed Colby and the software manufacturer and neither company has replied. I am very disappointed with the response.
| | | I was very impressed with this product. I had no problem installing the software (I am running Windows Vista), and had no issues connecting it to my computer via the usb cable. After charging the unit I was able to upload photos to it immediately, with no complications. The picture quality is much better than I expected, very acceptable for a product of this nature. The menu system easily allows you to customize a few options (time & date stamp, slideshow on/off, etc...). I used Pepsi Points to get this product, but I would have been just as pleased had I paid for it.

| | I had this keychain for four days before I finally figured out how to get it to work with XP. I even called tec support and downloaded the driver and that didnt work. When I tried to open the Photo Viewer I got a message that said cannot find file. What finally worked was to right click on the Photo Viewer icon on my desktop and click properties, click on compatability and in the drop down menu (run this program with compatability for) choose windows 2000. After that I plugged in my keychain and it popped right up! I love it now, the pictures are very clear and it is easy to use, well worth the points!Coby 1.5-Inch Digital Photo Keychain (White)
| | | I cashed in my Pepsi points to get this keychain despite all the bad reviews about how it doesn't work. I have Windows XP and had no problem getting it to work. I love it and am saving points to get one for my mom and boyfriend. :)
| | | I bought five of these keychains and uploaded them with pictures of my kids and some family. I gave them as gifts for the grandparents and one for myself. They loved the presents and can't get enough of their grandbabies. Great way to keep a bunch of pictures with me, and also to keep them currrent. I thought that less then 15 bucks for a product like this was a great deal. It is small, but that is the point. Photo quality was good, much like a picture on your cell phone. I am not very computer savy and was able to figure this out pretty quickly and the upload went fairly quickly. Charging is just like with an iPod, you have to have it plugged into a computer USB port. All in all, I am completly satisfied with this product. My only complaint would be that it says that it will ship to an APO (military base overseas), but once at checkout, it would not allow me to do so. I had to ship to my friend and have her ship it to me. So I basically had to pay for shipping twice.
